What the hell is wrong with America? These planes were coming our way. Does Cynthia McKinny care? Does Cindy Sheehan care? Does the newly elected Conn. baffoon care? Hell no! My son came to me in the 5th grade. He saw this turmiol in the future. He said he would attend a service academy and become a General. He said he would be an officer that came before the enlisted, not after. God bless him. He went down on Memorial Day with four officers and one enlisted on board. He volunteered for the mission. Wake up America...who did he die for?

Proud mother of Capt. Derek Argel, USAF Special OPs, KIA, Memorial Day, 2005, Diayla, Iraq

What the hell is wrong with America?

--

God knows... and those that know God know as well.

Hugs, Prayers and Memories are the staples of Patriots and their families. I don't know that any sacrifice is really in vain, tho the pain felt by those left behind is certainly the same. God heals wounds and embraces those he has called to them until we can all be together again.

My girls are safe in their beds because of your brave and loving son.

I won't ever forget that.

He died for freedom, he died for my family (and the rest of this country whether they get it or not) to live in peace and I will never forget that. I hope that one day the ones that don't get it will finally realize it because these damn fools want us ALL DEAD.

GOD BLESS!

"He went down on Memorial Day with four officers and one enlisted on board. He volunteered for the mission."

I am proud to correspond with the mother of a hero. May God bless you and ease your loss. I have a nephew landing in Kuwait today on his way to Iraq. He is a record breaking sniper and I am very proud of him. He knows his risks and he volunteered to serve. He has attended military academies since he was 11 and this is the day he can fulfill his dream. He called me last night as he flew out and I told him, "others in the family will tell you to keep you head down and come back in one piece, but I know your skill... so have fun and make me proud."

God Bless you and your family.

Oh Debbie, God bless you. Don't ever think there are not millions of us who honor your son's life.
And yes! WTH is wrong with America? I keep thinking surely no one could be so power hungry as to risk the nation but the Cynthias and Cindys for example, tell me different.

What the hell is wrong with America? ...Wake up America...who did he die for?

He died for the final triumph of God in the fight with Satan for control of humanity.

I wrote to a soldier in Iraq just a few hours ago:

There are a lot of solid people back here in the U.S. and then a large collection of ninnies. It will be so all your life long.

...

The good guys stick with the battle for good over evil throughout their lives, sometimes taking a breather and recharging their batteries. The wimps become Neville Chamberlain in the history books. And then there are a lot of confused people milling around in between.

Well, as I say, holding hands with Stryker this last week has made me mindful of the sacrifices people make.

So, I wanted to touch bases with you again and say "God love you, soldier! Soldier on!"

Yes, Debbie, God bless your son...and you. God bless you and all the other mothers who have raised sons like Capt. Derek Argel, USAF Special OPs.

Ever since this war began, I have said these men we have protecting our country with their very lives are different from the rest of us. They have heart, soul and courage that is so very far beyond that of the ordinary person...it defies understanding, their greatness. It is with a humble, but very grateful heart that I say I stand in awe at the sons & daughters of this war. That same overwhelming awe I hold for all those sons & daughters, I hold for their unbelievable mothers.

I cannot imagine the pain and anger these insane people like Cindy Sheehan and Cynthia Mckinny must stir in you. But, please remember, Derek died for America, he died for an America that he knew was so much better than so many of her ugly, ugly people...an America he had to have loved with his whole heart.

There is no way to ever thank you and your son for what y'all have given...but, I know of nothing else to say except, "Thank you and God bless you."
