Missed that but am very glad of a tough President in these times.
President Bush has had to contend with the most difficult times since the beginning of our nation. We've gone back to reviewing Presidential War Powers. The Congress wants ALL POWER!! The Constitution says different and it was because the damn Congress...from the beginning...couldn't agree on a damn thing.
