11-9-01. (Euro style): Great Plan No.= 01. 9 = month, 11 = date. 9 to 11 equals time. 11 = two towers AND as first target.

22 might be the time. 10 pm here but 6 am in Usama country (I think).

Numbers appear to be all odd.

I'm trying to remember the dates on the anthrax letters. No matter...9-11 occurred on a Tuesday. The Letters were postmarked Tuesday.
