Nah, they're part of that permanent 45% of the perpetually "stuck on stupid" mob that votes Democrat....
They are the result of the drug and free love 60's/70's assholes in charge of "pubic education" (intentional).
They implemented "No child left behind" as "No child's behind left alone".....
They dumbed down at least the last 3 decades of kids -- most of whom don't know their ass from a hole in the ground..
