Brier Hill Pizza. Anyone on the thread ever hear of it? It was developed in the "Brier Hill" area of Youngstown, Ohio--where the Italian immigrants settled. It is very simple: olive oil on dough, then pizza sauce, green peppers chopped up fine, and then a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. NO mozzarella or anything else.

I don't know anyone around here that's a guru. Salsa is very knowledgable as are many others on-line.
Sometimes it would be real handy to have a computerwonkfriend to help out on site!:) Somehow we just muddle through.....
