Since when do illegals running away back across the Mexican border from a truck load of drugs have major civil rights beyond the right to ALTO when the border patrol tell them to?
What possible story could the prosecution give for going after these guys and how bad or drunk was the defense in this case?
The illegal alien drug runner is now also suing America for 5 million bucks.

Since when do illegals running away back across the Mexican border from a truck load of drugs have major civil rights beyond the right to ALTO when the border patrol tell them to? Since, right or wrong, the Constitution applies to *everyone* inside our borders, citizen or not, legal or not.
