I find FOX has great live coverage.
I watch combat and missile attacks from before 4amm on live.
Their field guys are the best.
CNN is nothing but AlJazeera West.
I don't have a TV in my computer room, but I can get CNN International via Internet, with adequate live coverage after midnight. And CNN probably has more live coverage from Lebanon.
I just checked the TV in the living room, they're only showing reruns on Fox News, MSNBC and CNN.
Rick Levanthal and Jennifer Griffin both provide thorough and clear coverage.
The US war planners better watch these Shiite demonstrations in Baghdad. Iran has been working for a repeat of their "people's islamic revolution". Actually they have been making it happen by goading Israel into war. This provides the nightly grind house horror news on TV for the true believers to get the rest to freak out about.
If the size and scope of these white shirted "martyrs" protests in Baghdad are accurate, this could be a set up to something big happening in the streets of Baghdad like Tehran back in the 70's. It's what the President of Iran knows very well. He's one of the bosses that helped run that revolution.
Iran gets the U.N. order to cease nuclear work by the 22nd of August 2006 (8/22/06), and war starts in the Holy land almost on cue. Shiites in Iraq are worked into apocalyptic rage by the images and their own locally generated social anarchy. The Green Zone the 2000's version of the 1978 US Embassy in Tehran? No way right?
Watch out people. This is going somewhere. Here's what could happen. The protesters march on the Green Zone. Huge numbers. The US responds with force. Iran says enough of this carnage against unarmed shiites and launch a missile barrage on the Green Zone. What next?
