I don't think ID is science and I don't really care about teaching ID. I just want evolution to be taught that it is just a theory that has flaws. It is not a fact. For science to pass it off as a done deal is dishonest.

When over 99% of biologists subscribe to it, that's a done deal. To imply otherwise is dishonest. At the level of presentation appropriate for a high school, there are no disputes among biologists.
You are equivalent to a DUmmie who says, "I don't believe that Bush set up a conspiracy to fake the 9/11 attacks, but I think that people should be taught about the flaws in the 'al-Qaeda Theory' of the event."

Depending on what you mean by "done deal", your claim is either false (i.e. it is not dishonest to teach evolution as overwhelmingly established science, because it is) or makes a false implication (that anyone actually does teach evolutionary biology as if it's a finished field with no more work to be done).
So please clarify your statement so that I can more directly deal with how wrong it is.
