There is also a time delay between the Israeli missile hit and the building collapse / explosion of several hours.
There were three IDF air force missile strikes in the area, one of which hit this particular building.
Seems like a drastic attempt by Hezbollah/ Syria & Iran to immediately 'swing' media and international opinion against Israel to stop the IDF attacks in Lebanon.
One can guess that the IDF is taking a very heavy toll on the Hezbollah infrastructure and organization.

Knowing this group, I would say this fits perfectly. Once one begins to target innocents as routine, why not use your own innocents against your enemy? Why not? They have already entered into Satans court long ago. Of course they could/would do this - in the blink of an eye! ..and if they didn't, it's only because they didn't think of it.

I am shocked that they would place disabled children in the basement and try to get the Israelis to bomb the building. I would have thought they would have had the disabled children on the roof manning the rockets.
