Problems with High Fructose corn syrup; It doesn't trigger a full feeling after being eaten, it is more likely to be stored as fat rather than being used as fuel. Great if you are selling 64 oz slurpies, or liters of pop that never make you feel full and keep you buying the product.

Plus corn syrup tastes like crap. Jam made with it is not the same as jam made with sugar.
