I'm sure Hezbollah has plenty of $350,000 printers laying around here and there.
Hezbollah is famous for their brutal Islamofascist terror tactics and for their soulful graphic artistry.
They do have the technology. Until I read Wikepedia on them I thought they were simply a bunch of scum cave dweller types. A closer analogy would be if our very own liberals had an army in the US who have control over papers, news, politicians etc.

Media operations
Hezbollah operates a satellite television station from Lebanon, Al-Manar TV ("the Lighthouse") as well as a radio station, al-Nour ("the light"). Kabdat Alla ("The Fist of God") is the monthly magazine of Hezbollah's paramilitary wing.
LMFAO!!!!!!!
I'm guessing they do use billboards in Lebanon.
So, there is at least one of these printers someplace in either Lebanon or a closely bordering ally of Hezbollah.
LOL. I like your sense of humor!
