I'm sure Hezbollah has plenty of $350,000 printers laying around here and there.

They do have the technology. Until I read Wikepedia on them I thought they were simply a bunch of scum cave dweller types. A closer analogy would be if our very own liberals had an army in the US who have control over papers, news, politicians etc.
