Far-fetched perhaps, but I'm still looking for a reason why Syria is remaining docile in the current conflict if it's sitting on a cache of WMD.

They are acting as someone who has a plan and the timing is not right.

i am for one sick of this whole affair...the Israelis and the us govt under Bush are not using the opportunity...for what ever reason...to rid ourselves of both the Syrian and Iranian islamofacists at the time when it could be done by Israel and / or us. Bush has become a pacifist at a time i though he had the ba__s to get it done for the next generation. i think he has lost his direction and nerves with the Iraq deal...and we are coasting until the demo take over puts us in the grave in 2006 and 2008. his next worry is unfortunately an impeachment trial in the senate.

Perhaps the syrians are waiting aminodinnerjacket to drop "the big one" on Israel, discumbobulate the Israelis, and then the eye doctor will "Sanitize" the region with little fear of reprisals from the Israelis.?????
