ARTICLE SNIPPET: Rexroad testified that she was finishing up her work just after 4 p.m. when she heard popping noises. Rexroad went down the hallway and saw Haq, who had forced his way into the locked building about two minutes earlier.
He turned and looked at me. He had a gun in his hand. He shot me, she said, her voice quivering. I remember feeling stinging, and then feeling nothing.
She slipped into a nearby conference room and tried to close the door behind her, she testified. He was trying to get in. He shot me again it went across the back of my knee and knocked me down.
Somehow, she stumbled into another hallway, down the back steps and through an exit. All along, she was yelling for someone to help her. But other co-workers had either already fled the building or had also been shot.”

He began to state that ... he would like to talk to [television talk-show host] Larry King and the Jews ... need to get out of Lebanon and Iraq. This is his Hezbollah, this is his personal statement.

“Prosecution rests in Seattle case”
SEATTLE (JTA) —
ARTICLE SNIPPET: “Seattle Police Det. Thomas Luckie, a computer forensics expert, said that among the hundreds of sites he visited were scores of pornography sites, Muslim and Middle East news sites, sites of Jewish members of the U.S. Congress and the site of the American Israel Political Action Committee.
Luckie said the searches on the day before the shootings were broad at first but over time became more targeted.
“On July 27, 2006, [Haq] searched CNN specials and the Mideast crisis, Luckie testified. He searched the Iraq war, the situation in the Middle East, and Pakistan missile technology.
Haqs search records from July 23 to July 26 of that year also showed searches about Hezbollah and the resistance until he finally focused on AIPAC seminars in Seattle and throughout the United States.
In a precinct interview after the shootings, Haq told police he originally thought he would attack an AIPAC event, but that he changed his mind because he believed it would be too complicated. That evidence was suppressed by the judge because Haq was not provided an attorney after repeated requests.”
