Had my wallet stolen on a job out of my street clothes and never bothered to get another one since I know the number and have never worked for anyone other than the family business until I took it over.
I disagree. Making it more difficult, even by providing a BC that may be fraudulent, will keep 90% of the non citizens from voting. Most only do it because it is easy.
Well then let's just let everyone vote children and all since the 2 year olds will get a fake Birth Certificate, they can just as well up the age.
