I disagree. Making it more difficult, even by providing a BC that may be fraudulent, will keep 90% of the non citizens from voting. Most only do it because it is easy.

The BC is the most fraudulently used citizenship document and the document of choice for illegals.

They are extremely easy to get and are cheap.

Sorry, but this bill won't do much of anything to reduce voter fraud.

Spend the time and effort to remove the currant crop of illegals and stop more from entering and the fraud goes away.
