N.B.: Phosphorus is used as a smoke round, not an illumination round. Phosphorus can also be used to ignite munitions and other supplies that burn.
Magnesium is used for illumination.
Because phosphorus burns, it does provide some illumination at night, until the smoke cloud covers it.
I would suggest we are seeing casualties generated here by burning Hezboobo munitions (phosphorus, rocket motors, etc.).

Dang! If the RATS are holed up in their OWN 'weapon' bunker, when it goes, THEY will be the ones affected by THEIR own weapons!
