You know the liberals wanted to keep Reagan at the mercy of the Soviets by stopping SDI. The worst is, we had first and last strike capabilities because their missiles blow (up just after launch). Another one blew up today in Khazakastan. This missile was carrying 18 satellites. OUCH. That was costly. check it out
