There is not enough ink in the world to condemn China for all its misdeeds.

What were they observing?--spectators in a war zone should understand the risks, don't you think?

"Israel sincerely regrets the tragic death of the UN personnel in south Lebanon," said Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Mark Regev. "
Hmm, don't detect much warmth in those remarks. And with good reason - the UN sided with the terrorists long ago. The UN openly helps terrorists infiltrate Israel, and has encouraged 30 years of terrorism against innocent Israelis.
Like Kofi Annan, I think the bombing was on purpose - Israeli intelligence doesn't make mistakes. Everyone knows that as soon as the first UN employee dies, the UN goes home. Also, I'm willing to bet that the local UN office was a comm. center and intelligence source for Hezbollah.
The UN is at best a miserable failure in the middle east, and more likely a big part of the problem. I feel sorry for the idividuals who died, and their families, but maybe now the UN might get a little perspective on what it's like to be an Israeli? I won't hold my breath, the UN is hopelessly corrupt, anti-western, and anti-semitic.

I assume that this means that China will be entering into immediate talks with all their dissident populations...
*crickets chirping*
Ok, now that the poor joke is over with, isn't standard operating procedure for the UN to blame the army that is supposed to be responsible for the region for the resulting deaths? Oh, who am I kidding - so much easier to blame Israel. No, you do not negotiate with terrorists, so any talks to find a diplomatic solution would be useless - Lebanon can only come to the table to ask Israel to take out Hezbollah since they have no ability to secure their own country.
