Yes.

In this photo and others showing damage by Hizb'allah rockets in Israeli towns ... the pockmarked walls appear to be damaged from maybe ball bearings packed in the warhead? If so, the rockets - just like the homicide bombers - are devised form maximizing personnel casualties.

Is the well built lad below with the gun on his hip a Marine or Seal? I don't remember too many Marine with battle hair like his. I think it's likely he's a Navy MA - a relatively new rating which signifies 'master-at-arms'. In other words, a Navy ship-board cop. Once upon a time (i.e., back in my day) 'MAA's were typically pulled from the deck ratings (Bos'n, Gunner's mate, etc.) for temporary duty as MAA. We called them 'hall-monitors' behind their back - but not so's one of them could hear you; they could make life hell for you in a NY minute.

If you feel the need to pass gas while wearing tefillin, you must first remove your tefillin.
I'd never get anything done...all I would be doing all day long would be putting on and taking off my tefillin...one thing's for sure, the other folks in the elevator would know it was you.

Someone who speaks Arabic informed me that the banner being put up in front of the Hezbollah ruins (after an Israeli airstrike) reads:
"America - [world's] greatest terrorists" or more literally "America - the head of terrorism" (Amriikaa ra's al-irhaab)
No surprise there---just passing that on.

Thanks for the feedback.
We have had threads in the past re the MAAs.
The Navy has changed with the times and still functions great!
