I saw only a brief story on that, earlier today. Was the 11-day-old child born in Lebanon - did anyone ever say?

I've only found the AP article, which doesn't say. I doubt it's logistically possible for the child to have been born in the U.S. Most airlines won't let an infant board a plane unless the child is older than 7 days (or has a doctor's permission), and no flights have landed in Beirut for about a week. Plus, I think the infant would have needed a passport to enter Lebanon.

So, it's possible the family just went there to have the baby born there? Like a reverse US immigrant anchor?
