It was Shep. He has a new 'do', and his hair seems to be lighter, but I saw it again on H&C. Some of it had been editted out, so maybe he or his producers realized he had gone too far.
Yeah, I thought there was something different about him. Thought maybe he was using a new eyeliner. Yeah, seriously. I know people have to wear a little makeup for the cameras, but it looked like he was wearing eyeliner, maybe mascara. Yeeeesh!
