It's not exactly "Presidents Gone Wild!" but for the normally staid Group of Eight Summit, a video of President George W. Bush sidling behind German Chancellor Angela Merkel and delivering an impromptu neck rub is, well, as wild as it gets.
The scene, captured by a Russian TV camera, hit the Internet like a summer wildfire Tuesday, and it may be most memorable for the German chancellor's reaction. Bush applies his hands to Merkel's shoulders and neck while she's speaking with Italian Prime Minister Romano Prodi; the chancellor hunches her shoulders, then throws her hands up to stop the unexpected massage with a wan smile -- and an expression which can best be translated as "Ewwww."
While the incident didn't get a lot of play on major TV media, it was just one of the Bush G-8 gaffes that garnered considerable space in the blogosphere from London to Los Angeles.
Bloggers on sites like truthdig.com expounded at length on the U.S. president's now-famed open mike incident in which Bush let slip the "s-word" while talking with British Prime Minister Tony Blair; it wasn't so much the potty mouth as the president speaking with his mouth full that horrified many international critics.

did the media have a warrant to tape Bushes conversation, I believe recording someone without their knowledge is a crime.
LOL
She's smiling in the last picture.
"When he is away from his script and his handlers, his true lack of intelligence and emotional maturity surfaces for all to see. The dangerous situation in Lebanon ... requires true leadership. Don't look for it from the world's uberpower."
So being friendly or using a 4 letter was is an indication of lack of intelligence and lack of emotional maturity? I guess these German moralists, you know the same Germany where sex is considered an outdoor sport and beginning as young as possible, never use 4 letter words or make friendly physical contact with associates or friends. No, I've been to Germany many times and I guess all the foul mouths I heard over there, along with profane writing on wall and spoken on TV shows, were just other stunted Republican Americans like Bush, not the always perfect and composed Germans surely!
Funny, when Bill Clinton was diddling interns these same Eurotrash saw in that a sign of his sophistication and that he was "one of them." The media often spoke of Bill Clinton as being our "most tactile president" as if inappropriate touching was part of his charm. And his notorious foul tempered mouth was part and parcel of that.
Talk about emotional maturity...these Eurotrash boobs and Bush haters can't EVER stop obsessing over the man and every move he makes. They're the ones to talk about emotional maturity. Why don't they try getting over their pathological Bush hate before questioning the emotional well being of others. Everything the man does gets under their stupid skins. I swear, if Bush shot himself to make them happy tomorrow they'd attack him saying the bullet could have gone through a wall and hurt someone.
And a friendly shoulder rub is perfectly fine. Dropping your drawers is the Clintoon way.
Doubya can do that to me anytime he wants....hehehehe
make that Dubya...

I thought Zapruder died years ago, but apparently hes now a cameraman for German television.
I think she might have been suprised. There is a video somewhere of it. It lasted all of two seconds.
...who aren't human.
And he's a good old boy too. Which is one reason I like him.
"Ever try to do this to a female in management at work? Even if you are also a manager in front of coworkers?
Not a good idea ..."
Yeah. If this isn't nipped in the bud; next thing we'll see is middle-aged senior officials having sex with junior staff members, who are barely out of their teens.
No, the media only wants the privacy of Al Qaeda sleepers protected. The president and Tony Blair don't get the same courtesy. I'm sorry, I know it was a public setting but common decency would have dictated someone step forward to inform them the mic was on, then not air the conversation. But decency long ago became a foreign concept to the leftist trash media.
Bush is by far his best when away from his scripts and "handlers", whatever the hell they are.
Ass pinch, singular, because the first guy who does that to Condi is gonna get punched in the jugular and it'll never happen again!
Bush is a jokester, and he has fun with people as a way of breaking down barriers. Maybe this is one "barrier" that should have remained up, but his MO is to mess with people, and to treat someone he just met as a close friend. These aren't entirely bad traits.
...while he was on the phone with a member of Congress talking about troops in Bosnia.
