There is nothing in the first Amendment that says we have to tax subsidize churches.

Any church can operate without any interference from the government. But if you want money from the government you need to follow the rules.

The government is not giving churches any money...the government is simply not taking the churches money....You sound like a Dummycrat saying that the government is giving me your money if the government doesn't take my money from me in the form of taxes.
