Not all of those 25,000 will need to be evacuated. A lot of them are dualies. 25,000 is the number the liberal MSM keeps emphasizing to make people think that a gigantic amount of people are trapped there.

While there shouldn't be American dual citizens, the fact is that there are, and that those citizens are Americans, and thus should be protected as such.
If the "dualies" ask to be evacuated, theyll HAVE to be evacuated.
Many of them choose to stay, about 5,000 want to leave.
