Every Dem prez since Truman has been a disaster - weak and traitorous. Can't stand 'em. It's good to see the Dems stuck with She-Who-Wants-To-Be-Obeyed.
Hopefully, the Heat wave will have gone by then.
Our LOW tonight is supposed to be a record HI, low...85 degrees..
But, they said by this weekend we should be back into the 90's, which is about as low as it goes this time of year.

Israel will also try to target the 12 most senior members of Hezbollah, who are hiding in bunkers deep in the Dahiya quarter in southern Beirut. These men are strategic targets and they include Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah, Ibrahim Akil, Imad Mughniye and others. These senior figures constitute the group's equivalent of a General Staff and its political-diplomatic cabinet.
>>>The men, Imad Majed Hamadeh and Theodore Schenk, plead guilty to conspiracy to violate the "Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act" and using the proceeds to help fund the Hezbullah terror group.<<<
OMG! Aren't they related to the Lackawanna 6? This was being run through Seneca and Queen City Cigarrettes, right?
I'm sorry, LOL, it's late and I'm tired. Are you saying that at age 15 they are involved in terrorist activity?
wowowow
nite Tx...sweet dreams..
To add to Karl's excellent response, if you scatter mines about willy-nilly, your own guys are more likely to...find them...than the enemy. That's why mines are laid in belts, with positions carefully noted. (A systemic downside of minefields is that whoever loses is usually not in a position to publish the location of their mines, or to defuse or remove them, making "winning" a potentially dual edged sword).
In Iraq, the IEDs are not laid in fields, they are widely scattered around the country, and often triggered by remote control when a target of interest passes by.
For these reasons and the ones Karl mentioned, minefields are much easier to defeat than an assymetrical insurgency.
It would have woke you if you heard it. Enough to cause nightmares, I tell you.
I won't be staying long tonight. I have a long day tomorrow and need to get an early start. I hope to catch up tomorrow night here on FR.
She was convinced to be a shahid (martyr) by terrorists who told her that she may as well be a martyr because no man would marry because she was disfigured by her burns.
