Hubby is back home .. there goes my TV watching .. grrr
Just saw a video on cnn.com under Politics then Video, then "sh_t heard round the world" where the mic was on with Bush and Blair...VERY interesting to see how they talk!

I saw that...Chrissy just HATES it when someone says something nice about Bush...he is having to pull out any care do play right now.
Danny Ayalon really hit back at Chrissy during their interview.
BTW..the link I posted is to the thread with the article where Bubba Clinton is talking about "fighting and dying for Israel"....LOL
That is the Number #1 video on CNN right now....followed by Staredown at the DMZ in N Korea
I think Hizbullah is probably getting close to expending its stockpiles close to the border. The rate they have been firing the past few days is, if not impressive, at least more than most expected. Problem is the missiles that could make or break how this conflict proceeds can be fired right from Beirut and still make it down to TelAviv (prime example is that missile they tried to shoot this morning that failed which the populace thought was an F-16 going down) The question is how many of those they have?
Sounds similar to the missile that many in Beiruit thought was an IAF plane getting shot down.
Brit Hume always ends his program with a little comedy clip.
i LIKE THAT
The current President Bush had a different mother. ;) The hand that rocks the cradle, etc. Barbara is a no nonsense kind of woman. The ex-President Bush may not have been so blessed.
I vidcapped the missile firing up....but the IAF had a press conference after their President said a prayer for Israel, and showed about 10 strike videos in the background.
Wonder how many and what type of missiles those containers had. I assume they were heading south, which makes me believe they weren't transporting the big boys b/c they should be able to launch them from just about anywhere in lebanon and still hit TelAviv. No need to truck them way down south
Thank you.
" NBC News was just talking with some American students stranded in the airport in Beirut..."
NBC- our own Al Jazeera.
Brian Williams ,Chris Matthews and their WaPo cohorts have already started to treat the evacuation like the fall of Saigon meets Katrina.
They only interview those with complaints.
No matter what the US does ( they've hired a Greek
cruise ship and will commence the evac tomorrow )- it won't meet the media's standard for evacuation -which is based on Bewitched.
I guarantee that the NBC whiners have never deigned to load a U Haul and cannot appreciate or understand the logistics of a massive air and sealift in a war zone.
So border stockpiles running short could force Hezb to target Tel Aviv, interesting.
Patriot was engaging Scuds and Ababails in Iraq, wonder what's the minimum range target Patriot has a fair shot at?

IDF attacks Hizbullah building in Lebanon
In the past few hours the IDF has attacked a weapons cache and trucks used to transfer arms in the Lebanese city of Baalbek. Also, a number of facilities apparently used to fire rockets from south Lebanon were also bombed.
The Israel Air Force also attacked a Hizbullah building in south Lebanon. (Ynet)
Israeli warplanes blast Beirut's southern suburbs
Hizbullah's Al-Manar television station reported early Tuesday that Israeli warplanes renewed attacks on Beirut's southern suburbs, a Hizbullah stronghold.
The air strike caused a big explosion that reverberated across the Lebanese capital

Coalition Forces Kill Terrorists, Strike Taliban Commander
American Forces Press Service ^ | Combined Forces Command Afghanistan
Posted on 07/17/2006 7:43:57 PM EDT by SandRat
WASHINGTON, July 17, 2006 Coalition forces in Afghanistan had a long string of successes against terrorists during the last two days, military officials reported. They killed four suspected terrorists today, attacked the safe house of a known Taliban commander last night, thwarted a terrorist attack from a hospital yesterday, and confiscated a large weapons cache yesterday. Coalition forces killed four suspected al Qaeda terrorists, detained three suspected al Qaeda terrorists and destroyed a weapons cache during an early morning raid today in Kwost province near the village of Pelan Kheyl. The operation was to capture or kill an al Qaeda operational leader who is a significant threat to Afghan and coalition forces in the Khowst province, officials said.
Elsewhere, Afghan and coalition forces attacked the safe house of a known Taliban commander in the Sangin district of Helmand province last night. A variety of intelligence assets identified the extremist's location before the compound was attacked with joint fire and the building destroyed, officials said. The commander's name will be withheld for security reasons until his death is confirmed, officials said.
Coalition forces had been watching the safe house and saw no evidence of non-combatants or signs that civilians were affected by the strike, officials said.
