I don't think that Fox has gone more that a few hours without having Newt on the last few days...
He has become the "poster boy" for the movement to get Bush to start bombing N. Korea, Iran and Syria...
W E L C O M E
Yes, that was the one. I could see his face in my minds eye, but not his name.
did you read it?
Scud Stud-"I must get out the news!"
I have to admit, it was exciting in the scary sense listening to the sirens and seeing soldiers scurrying for cover, while Arthur stoically reported..
Linkletter at least makes me think I have a few good years left.
A great aunt of mine went to the same Jr. High here in San Diego with him.
ALSO...do NOT ever forget that Newt is running for POTUS..that is what this is about.
NEWT wants Bush to put HIS presidency on the LINE..and if it works, Newt will take credit for TELLING Bush what to do..
If it fails, he isn't the POTUS...so, no harm, no foul!!!
i suggest Carter and Clinton....not much of a bargaining chip...perhaps no leverage at all...at least in my house
I saw that-typical. Rachel Corrie would be proud if she wasnt so friggin flat..
I am not sure what's going on. It is possible that Syria and Iran will walk up to the brink and decide not to cross. It's even possible that Hamas and Hezbollah might give up their kidnapped soldiers. Its even possible that Hezbollah might do a retreat into Syria.
We just have to wait and see.
OK let me try my first take with real substance......
I thought Israel had bombed the roads out east. They had done this to prevent the terrorists from fleeing and Syria from resupplying. So how and why are buses able to leave.
What bus number to you think the Hezzie leader is on?
Dimona is Israel's nuclear facility/reactor, it is in the Negev desert (southern part of country), it may be in range of some of these Zedzel missiles Hizbullah has, but Hizbullah would need to move the launchers near the border to hit all the way down by Dimona
SM may have already answered but he said yesterday that Mrs. S will be going there.
Sure thing. She sure has seen a lot! It explains a lot about why her reporting is so thorough and calm. And it was interesting that it was so recent and now look what's wound up 'in her backyard' just as things had sort of been calming down again.
Hopefully they'll let her keep covering these next few days and keep Shep under control. LOL.
Welcome Tex, take a load off, sit a spell and let me get you something cold to drink.
I hope so, but given Olmers and Peretz track record . . .
I suspect he's on a special...unnumbered, unlettered, and travelling by night!
One needs to look at a map. There's a lot of mountains and various ways to get in and out.Israel concentrated on the south of Lebanon. Roads to the north might still be usable.
Didn't they call up reserves twice last week (Israel)?
