Folks, I can only imagine that there are a growing number of people like me that over the weekend have been completely frustrated my the lack of coverage. As a conservative Christian I believe these are the last days and signs of the end. As such they draw a intense interest that THIS board seemed to be the only/ best way to stay in touch with what was actually happening and what it could mean. I have seen more intelligent analysis (often done with a sense of humor) that I on all of the weekend TV coverage put together.

So I wanted to thank you all. I guess these weekend has hooked me as an official FReeper vs. the occasional lurker (reading without posting.)

Dimona is in the desert in the east central region of Israel. Israel's nuclear weapons labs are located near Dimona, although I'm sure the exact location is a well-guarded secret.

Well, quite frankly we haven't really started taking this war seriously. I mean, the population as a whole is not really behind it, and could care less. I think that is what Newt meant.

Israel is the first democracy in the ME and with the guidance, perseverance and leadership of President Bush, it will not be the last. All of the pundits - left & right - who talk about our imposing freedom on repressed countries, miss the point.

We have freedom because our forefathers did not. Americans fought to get freedom and liberty, we repeatedly fight in all parts of the globe through the courage and bravery of our armed forces, to keep it.

Terrorists fear freedom spreading through the ME because people will fight back to keep it. The purple fingers held up for the world to see had to send shock and fear into the black hearts of Iranian, Syrian and North Korean leadership.
