Perhaps. Thought I heard "Senator"..??
I bet if rockets were aimed at his ugly arse, he wouldn't think the response was disproportionate.
"Not a peep..."
No kidding!!!
Thanks. Things are OK here today. We still watch the developments to our west with keen interest.
My own neck of the woods was pretty quiet today. There was some trouble in Mahoudiya today, though.
And the good guys got some more of that Mahdi scum.

Love the new tagline. I thought of that too; I'd rather be in Iraq than Lebanon right now.
SA not falling for Iranian tripe - good.
Excellent ... Sadr needs gone .. hope there's a task force just for him.
bad move, either way. They would probably go together anyway, in one of their "together appearances" that benenfit them both in the eyes of their followers

The gang's all here...

Oh good grief!! clinton??? His best friend araat is dead!! BOR is a lightweight on ME affairs!!!
EU should remember what happened when the powers tried to buy off Hitler. England should remember what happened when the Anglosaxon kingdoms tried to buy off the Danes...LOTS of historical examples of how buying off one's enemies backfire. They do what they want to do, and often up the ante for payoffs, and the payers end up with less than they started with....unless they finally get the strength to fight. But it's never as easy as not paying off the enemies to begin with.
"araat"...should be arafat
