Too bad Iran doesn't have diplomatic relations with Israel. As it is, I don't think there is anything to stop Israel from going in there guns blazing and killing every single Iranian in the place. Couldn't happen to a finer bunch.

"They are secretly being held at the Embassy of Iran in Beirut."
Not such a secret anymore. Wonder if the NYTimes broke this secret?

This report is as unverifiable as another posted claiming Clinton said Israel used excessive force.
Need proper sourcing.....
Iran won't be that dumb. Common sense anyone?
To: dos pelos
Iran doesn't consider embassies sacrosanct, that's for sure. Israel should storm it and if their soldiers are murdered, formally declare war on iran.
To: dos pelos
If this is true, it is not the first time this same Iranian Embassy has been used for such a purpose, e.g., US hostages were held in the the early-mid eighties but never confirmed in the media - the score to settle with Iran by the US goes from this embassy to the American Embassy taken over....

The source was probably Joe Wilson./sarcasm on!

There needs to be some proof of this. Pictures, video, etc. Verification first.

Hostage Soldiers Are Alive
06:22 Jul 17, '06 / 21 Tammuz 5766
(IsraelNN.com) In a Sunday night telephone conversation with the families of hostage soldiers Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert stated that intelligence reports indicate the two are still alive. They were taken hostage by Hizbullah.
Mr. Olmert is planning to visit with the families later this week. The prime minister remains opposed to entering into negotiations with terrorists.
