LAPD has shut down the Los Angeles Central Library (the Riordan Library) and closed off 5th Street between Flower and Grand. Lots of LAPD and LA Fire on site. Several LAPD Bomb Squad cars and personnel there to.
Someone saw a kid reading a hidden copy of the New Testament, and called it in as in insurrection.

Well, they think they are reading braille on the pages but it actually is from bullet holes passing through the books.

GSD Police is resonsible for City Buildings, Libraries, and even Parker Center.

Just to be clear, I'm talking about yesterday's event at One Wilshire. My source was an individual who does fiber-optic work (running cables, etc) in that building and others in downtown LA.
Well, I have been listening to LAPD, LA Fire and the City Trunked System (library, GSD PD) and havent heard anything at the library....

They are just now taking the fire trucks away, but the police units are still there
Yep, I checked about 15 news sites and breaking news (including these 2 sites) and couldn't find any mention of the libray and/or updates.
