Speck had some problem like a malformed or extra chromosome. It affected his skin--he had extremely bad acne--and possibly his disposition. He should have been executed. The only possible motive is that one of the girls was a ringer for his ex-wife.
So he killed her and the rest of them so there'd be no witnesses? Or did he just enjoyed killing after the first one?
