Give them all the money they want...then the Treasury will bill them from these funds for all costs incurred: welfare and medi-cal, since say...hummm 1940s. The U.S. reserve is bound to gain funds and we will hear NO MORE of this absurdity.

Let's see $87B alloacted for Katrina, $1.4B (So far) to fraud - good work Feds ! Add about $6 Trillion since the 1960's - and that adds up to quite a tax bill for repayment - I think what it has yielded in forty plus years - ZIP, NADA, ZERO, only three generations of poverity and corruptions - thank you liberal Democrats.

If my next door neighbor who came here as a young man in 1975 from South East Asia - speaking no English, with different color skin, no money, no job can make himself a success and send his kids to UCLA and other fine schools without government support so can anyone. This "repayment for slavery" is just another excuse and scam Mr Havard Law Professor !
