Update:
Surgery was held last night, started at 730pm PDT, and ended around 1030PM. The doctors removed the lump, then sent it for pathological exams, which were inconclusive. The lump was then sent to a different lab for more exams.

They proceeded to remove 1/2 of her thyroid, and found that the cells causing the lump didnt seem to have spread to the other half. She is back home at her mom's, and we expect that she will be able to move to SoCal with the kids this weekend.

Thanks for the prayers...hopefully the lump isn't malignant and we can consider this matter over...

Ohmygoodness! I can't imagine what she is going through. You can't move ANYTHING without moving your neck, and she is going through a family move in two days???

You have married some kind of woman!!!
