And Europe will be charged how much for this service?? Why do we need to continue to pay for Europe's defense?? Let them develop their own missile shield.

Indeed. If they want a missile sheld, let them ask for it and pay for it. If it is needed to protect our troops in Europe ... let's get cracking on that exit strategy for WWII.

When I read it I don't see that it is for Europe's defence, rather than a more strategic place for us to shoot down a weapon.
