TOKYO (AP) Japanese broadcaster NHK says North Korea has test-launched a missile.
We have the same thoughts on this subject. It was NK's attempt to be "in our face." Similar to American Liberals/Leftists, ACLU, RINOs, some Supreme Court Justices, and the MSM. They, too, want to be in our face. IMO, they're all testing the waters to see how far they can push the American people.
LOL!
FR Quote of the day?
Didn't some judge get medieval on our heinies about scaring whales with our sonar equipment? Maybe we should have him/her have a word with Mr. Ronery about frightening the fish.
I'm betting it blowed up real good
Up next on Fox - more info (supposedly)
They pulled a gun on us, and now they're scared to use it, but too humiliated to put it down.
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- North Korea tested a short-range missile early Wednesday but has not fired the long-range Taepodong-2 rocket Western observers suspect has been readied for launch, U.S. sources told CNN.
ABC just broke in to programming with this.
Seems to me they've just given us the perfect reason to blast that ICBM while it sits on the launch pad.
So they tell him the long range one was fired and it landed short. And he has the head of the long range missle program shot.
It's so simple, it's scary.

TOKYO
North Korea test launched a missile early Wednesday morning that landed in the Sea of Japan, Japanese media reported.
North Korea launched the missile at 0332 Japan Time and it crashed into the Sea of Japan several minutes later, public broadcaster NHK reported.
NHK said Japanese government officials were trying to determine whether the missile was a long-range ballistic missile that had been readied for launch recently, or whether it was a different missile.
North Korea had been believed to be preparing a test launch of its Taepodong 2 missile, which is believed able to reach parts of the United States.
Officials were not immediately available to confirm the report.

Shuttle envy. I guess they launched a littledong while we put the big dog up.
No dong LOL
I think you may be correct, in the sense that they may have been trying to guage our reaction, to see if how quickly and effectively any anti-missile systems we have in place can react, and (as others have pointed out) to thumb KJI's nose at us.
ABC news just reported that they launched 2 missiles??
