"Man Claimed Wife Planned to Blow Up Plane, Police Say"
nbc6.net
ARTICLE SNIPPET: "A South Florida man faces charges after authorities said he falsely told Air France employees his wife planned to blow up a plane.
Air France flight 95 was supposed to leave on Saturday afternoon from Miami International Airport. But a few minutes before it was scheduled to take off, a man went to the Air France ticket counter and said that his wife, who was onboard, planned to blow up the plane, NBC 6's Martha Sugalski reported.
All 400 passengers onboard were evacuated. Investigators found the woman, who was traveling to Lebanon, and questioned both her and her husband.
FBI agents said that during the interview, they determined that the woman never made any type of threat and instead arrested her husband, Jean-Marc Bollinger.
Investigators said the woman wanted a divorce and wanted to go to Lebanon with the couple's daughter, but that Bollinger refused. His wife alleged that he abused her."
