Sounds very much like Viagra was the ONLY drug. I don't know the legality of getting a prescription in another name. I could EASILY see Limbaugh doing that to avoid publicity that he uses Viagra. If the prescription is indeed yours, prescribed to you but put under a different name, I'm hoping any infraction would be very minor.

One thing you can be sure of, as soon as Rush is back on the radio he will be ridiculing those who publicized this.

Plus, keep in mind this just means he had in his possession a prescription made out to someone else. Not that he used it. I know they are saying it is his, under his doctor's name. But who hasn't carried their husband's, wife's, friend's, or kid's prescription on a trip and certainly you wouldn't be arrested for that.

With any normal person, Rush would have been treated with sympathy for the painkiller prescription (Brett Favre??) and this Viagra thing would be minor, with MAYBE the doctor getting in a little bit of trouble.

However "minor", the recently "resolved" cases of Dr. Shopping could be brought back up if Rush does not "stay out of trouble" for 2 years. This is the same prosecutor Rush has publically mocked. Why oh why didn't Rush pack up and leave West Palm Beach is beyond me. He needs to be in a place where he is not always under investigation. It also sounds like he spoke to the cops without his lawyers. Roy Black will personally kill him.
