Were it not for the hispanic vote, Kerry would be President.

How is that so considering Kerry got 60% while Bush got 40%? Wouldn't that mean Kerry received more votes nationwide?

Would you have preferred Hispanics given Kerry 100% of their vote ? He most assuredly would've been President in that instance.
