The best thing we can do is make sure Somalia is isolated, and not exporting the violence outside of their own borders; and that includes all of the pirates that are freely plying the Arabian Sea and the Gulf of Aden. They need to be bottled up in thier own space for a couple of decades until they either sort things out, or kill each other off.
