Love it or hate it. As far as I know the US is a conclomerate of immigrants of many different nations. Somehow the "mother" of multiculturalism and the outcome is not that bad.
The question is how to seperate the "good" and the "bad" immigrants. This is what the Dutch are doing now with this test.
Wrong. The USA is multi-ethnic but there is only one culture - American(ism). Multi-culture is doomed to failure and has yet to succeed anywhere. The previous poster is correct. And the sooner we get rid of the poisonous notion of multi-cuturalism and "diversity" (chirp-chirp, tweet-tweet) the better off we will be...SSZ

America was a "melting pot" NOT multicultural. America has ALWAYS had a unique culture-until recently.
