The launch of this missile might provide a good test of our ABM systems....after all, how would we really know if this launch was a "real test or a first strike"!

If the trajectory of this missle crosses Japan, or approaches the shores of Alaska,it will be regarded as an act of war, there will be a cruise missle sea launch that will obliterate the N. Korean launch facility and its development buildings.
