Her motto might as well be: you can never be too rich, too thin, too blond, too tall, or too rude. She has a mane of expensively blond hair, the crane-limbed body type of a pterodactyl, and a smile that seems entirely un-Machiavellian. A (UK) Guardian type meets Ann !

Ann got a direct hit on the lefties with her two 500 pounders and they're all trying to get off the gurney and run away. LOL! Go Ann!

Notice they said Ann said widows of 9-11, not particular ones that she mentions in her book.
They lumped them all in, didn't say she was speaking about those that were political activists looking for immunity from criticism.

Ann is a satirist. She uses extreme statements to wonderful effect. Its meant to be funny and the punch line - the joke is lost on liberals who take everything seriously. They miss the secret of Ann's popularity... she has fun with them.

. . .Sean Penn has an Ann Coulter action figure on his desk - which he uses to put out his cigarettes. Press a button and the doll speaks: 'Why not go to war for oil? We need oil. What do Hollywood celebrities imagine fuels their private jets? How do they think their cocaine is delivered to them?' Even the doll has more intellectual wherewithal than he, obviously.

From the article:
Quotable Coulter
On 9/11
'If Chicago had been hit, I assure you New Yorkers would not have cared. New Yorkers would have been like, "It's tough for them, now let's go back to our Calvin Klein fashion shows. "'
On Muslims
'The question is not, 'Are all Muslims terrorists?' The question is, 'Are all terrorists Muslims?' The answer is yes .'
On her Muslim ex-boyfriend
'The relationship was complicated by his interest in committing jihad. I took away his box cutters. '
To a Vietnam veteran
'People like you caused us to lose the war.'
On Princess Diana
'Her children knew she was sleeping with all these men. That just seems the definition of "not a good mother".'
On women
'America would be a much better country if women did not vote.'
On the French
'A bunch of faggots.'
On her critics
'The more vicious they are, the happier I am.' These comments notwithstanding (except for the one wrt a Vietnam Vet which I don't believe she ever said) - THIS ARTICLE IS A HIT PIECE!!!!

They always refer to Ann as attacking "the widows of 9/11", but that isn't the case. Ann took a vicious slap at FOUR of the widows of 9/11.
A lot of people lost immediate family in the 9/11 attack but there is a reason that only four of them have politicized their loved ones deaths--and that is that doing so is instinctively repugnant.

Notice how this guy pointed out that Ann's father was a "WASP" lawyer? Any shred of credibility he was attempting to gain ended right there!!

"she described the widows of 9/11 as 'witches' who revelled in their husbands' deaths."
I keep reading this in the MSM over and over. Haven't actually read what Ann said yet, but my understanding is that she was talking about specific widows, not about all of them. So the MSM description of what she said seems inaccurate.

Writer claims that Franken and Alterman have caught Ann in lies, but fails to mention any in this extremely long roll of used ass-wipe.

but every time she writes a book - and Godless, published this week, is her fifth - it's an instant bestseller. Well, at least they recognize this. Why is it that conservative women are always criticized for their make-up and hair? It didn't hurt Katharine Harris, but when do they ever criticize Hillary's make-up or Madeleine Albright's hair?

I've been saying it for over two years now. Before Mo Dowd came up with her "moral authority" comment concerning Cindy Sheehan. I'm glad to see someone else finally gets it. I was banned from a half dozen forums because of my position on the position of these twits which became painfully obvious in the run-up to the 911 commission. |

Mixing soundbites with short skirts, this former lawyer has become the most extreme - and popular - polemicist in America. Ann is not the most "extreme polemicist" just the most extreme on the conservative side.
Reid, Pelosi, Boxer, Schumer, Clinton, etc, are much more polemic than Ann is, they just aren't as pretty.

Ann is usually funny, but talking about the personal relationships of 9/11 widows with their husbands is a losing topic to comment about. There is no way to win in a debate like that.
To: 1066AD
What I like most about Ann is the cute way she will giggle when a liberal is on a rant. It is so disarming and just puts them in their place.
Ann just says what most conservatives should be saying about the wacko left but don't for fear of the return heat.
She would never dis a Vietnam Vet.

Ann Coulter has made a career out of saying the unthinkable.
No, she made a career out of saying what many people think, but are too polite to say!
