Isn't that the road named for her father, Billy McKinney?
I am almost positive she has one also...I could be wrong, but I think she has her own stretch.
Memorial Drive east of I-285 has been designated "Cynthia McKinney Parkway". It is not the most flattering stretch of road to have named for you. I would humbly suggest that The Bluff (the area squared off by Simpson, Bankhead, Ashby, and Northside) renamed 'McKinneyville'.
