You are absolutely correct.

I work in a brokerage firm in a large city and we see a small but steady stream of blacks who are breaking into the middle and upper middle class ... and higher. I have no doubt that these people, the blacks who succeed in joining the mainstream will, in time, expose the true problems in black culture.
