Well .. you're not alone .. Rush has been saying most of the week that he's never seen such a disconnect between congress and the public in 18 years.

It's time to get the RINO's out of office - because they are only there to side with the dems and destroy conservatism. What the RINO's don't understand is that WE ARE A MUCH LARGER GROUP THAN THEY ARE.

Whenever I get discouraged, I recall the week-long funeral of Ronald Reagan. I remember the I had the TV on all day and all night .. and I was amazed by the hundreds of thousands of people who would stand in line for hours just to walk past a flag drapped coffin.

Then .. on the day Reagan's body was flown to CA and began it's long drive up to the ranch - THE FREEWAYS AND 2-LANE ROADS BECAME ANOTHER TESTIMONY OF THE NUMBER OF CONSERVATIVES. For miles and miles and miles - cars stopped dead on the freeways - and people climbed out of their cars and stood outside - or on the bumper or on the rooftops - just to get a glimpse of a passing herse.

THE SILENT MAJORITY stood up one more time and paid honor to a real conservative leader.

This November 2006 and November 2008 - the silent majority will speak again and render the RINO's mute; reminding them one more time we did not send them to congress to support and defend the democrats, but to support and defend conservatism.

While I respect Karl Rove's genius in political matters - his stand on immigration is just plain wrong. I was encouraged to hear that Karl had visited the House committee members who will compromise the Immigration bill - and Karl tried to tell them to accept quite a bit of the Senate's version - 19 OF THE 20 MEMBERS - SAID NO!!!

At least some of our congressional people get it - and I believe Issa is one of them.

While Pelosi has now backed down from the flagrant call for the impeachment of Bush (only because she found out it would only rally us - the conservatives), there is no doubt in my mind that her first step as "majority leader" would be the call for impeachment and unending investigations. Even as much as I disagree with Bush on some things - we cannot tolerate such arrogance and misuse of power as Pelosi will unleash.

In my latest email to members of the senate - I said the following: "who are you people and what have you done with the conservatives we sent to congress ..??"

I think I will continue to send just that message until hell freezes over.

Thanks for your comments. I don't really have anything to add. Take care.
