Please be in prayer for our LadyX. She will be undergoing surgery tomorrow morning(5/24/06). Any of you who know LadyX, know that she has been a member of our FR Family for a long time and is very much loved and respected. She has inspired us, made us laugh, given us some of the wisest of advice, wowed us with tales of her life in the Marines, and shared her childhood memories of an idealic time. Some will recall the sailing of the Mobius, or the time on the tropical island. We have shared many adventures. Now, it's time to let her know how much she is loved.

Post your prayers, encouragements, jokes, pictures or memories, so she will have them to read when she gets back home.

According to her husband, she is having trouble seeing to read. It will be so hard for her if she can't freep or read.

Hey, WV Nan!! There are a lot of settings on the computer that you can change for the visually impaired. You can change cursor size, text size, etc. If Maggie's husband needs help with that...just ping me...happy to give some pointers.

Hi there :-) I remember the night I found that graphic and posted it for Maggie and Nan, I thought it was perfect for them. And the both of you (Billie and ST.LOUIE1) have made it look even more beautiful with your talents. Nan, I can't tell you how happy I was to read that you found a music box with the picture on it and bought it for Maggie. So sweet. I have looked up the artist, Sandra Kuck, love her work. Billie, saw her picture on her website, she reminds me so much of you. I am thinking of buying a print for my sister for her birthday this year...

Went to Sandra Kuck's As Nan recommended.

& looked at every print. Many really good ones!

I saw this one, and though Maggie isn't coming home today as hoped... She'll be home soon and very soon!

I couldn't wait till then to post this! It's called: "Welcome Home"

but Nan probably already knows of the painting and the title.

Well, this is what I get for being gone all evening. Man oh man, you had me more worried with every sentence. What happened with the Pneumonia? Was that a miss-diagnosis? I sure hope things go better tomorrow. Thank you for bringing us up to date. I wanted to call, but thought that things would be in turmoil today (expecting Miss Maggie to be coming home and all).

Okay gang, in case you missed the report from DaBearOne. See above. All together now, we pray for Maggie to get home safe and sound tomorrow (Fri) with a minimum of discomfort.

Got a feeling once LadyX is home and recovers a bit, it'll be the Docs and the Nursing home staff that may need mercy from LadyX (the no longer actively serving MARINE).
