Yes...that list was interesting but certainly not surprising..
I wish I knew where Texas fell on the list..
I would guess with no state income tax, it might not be too low.

If Durbin is reelected in 08, this state will free fall some more. I live in the 10th district here Illinois. It was a conservative strong hold for years. Now its slowly turning dem. Makes me sad.
