President Bush is pursuing a globalist agenda to create a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders with both Mexico and Canada. This was the hidden agenda behind the Bush administration's true open borders policy.
Secretly, the Bush administration is pursuing a policy to expand NAFTA to include Canada, setting the stage for North American Union designed to encompass the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. What the Bush administration truly wants is the free, unimpeded movement of people across open borders with Mexico and Canada.
President Bush intends to abrogate U.S. sovereignty to the North American Union, a new economic and political entity which the President is quietly forming, much as the European Union has formed.
The blueprint President Bush is following was laid out in a 2005 report entitled "Building a North American Community" published by the left-of-center Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The CFR report connects the dots between the Bush administration's actual policy on illegal immigration and the drive to create the North American Union:
At their meeting in Waco, Texas, at the end of March 2005, U.S. President George W. Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin committed their governments to a path of cooperation and joint action. We welcome this important development and offer this report to add urgency and specific recommendations to strengthen their efforts.
What is the plan? Simple, erase the borders. The plan is contained in a "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" little noticed when President Bush and President Fox created it in March 2005:
In March 2005, the leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States adopted a Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP), establishing ministerial-level working groups to address key security and economic issues facing North America and setting a short deadline for reporting progress back to their governments. President Bush described the significance of the SPP as putting forward a common commitment "to markets and democracy, freedom and trade, and mutual prosperity and security." The policy framework articulated by the three leaders is a significant commitment that will benefit from broad discussion and advice. The Task Force is pleased to provide specific advice on how the partnership can be pursued and realized.
To that end, the Task Force proposes the creation by 2010 of a North American community to enhance security, prosperity, and opportunity. We propose a community based on the principle affirmed in the March 2005 Joint Statement of the three leaders that "our security and prosperity are mutually dependent and complementary." Its boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of people, products, and capital will be legal, orderly and safe. Its goal will be to guarantee a free, secure, just, and prosperous North America.
The perspective of the CFR report allows us to see President Bush's speech to the nation as nothing more than public relations posturing and window dressing. No wonder President Vincente Fox called President Bush in a panic after the speech. How could the President go back on his word to Mexico by actually securing our border? Not to worry, President Bush reassured President Fox. The National Guard on the border were only temporary, meant to last only as long until the public forgets about the issue, as has always been the case in the past.
The North American Union plan, which Vincente Fox has every reason to presume President Bush is still following, calls for the only border to be around the North American Union -- not between any of these countries. Or, as the CFR report stated:
The three governments should commit themselves to the long-term goal of dramatically diminishing the need for the current intensity of the governments’ physical control of cross-border traffic, travel, and trade within North America. A long-term goal for a North American border action plan should be joint screening of travelers from third countries at their first point of entry into North America and the elimination of most controls over the temporary movement of these travelers within North America.
Discovering connections like this between the CFR recommendations and Bush administration policy gives credence to the argument that President Bush favors amnesty and open borders, as he originally said. Moreover, President Bush most likely continues to consider groups such as the Minuteman Project to be "vigilantes," as he has also said in response to a reporter's question during the March 2005 meeting with President Fox.
Why doesn’t President Bush just tell the truth? His secret agenda is to dissolve the United States of America into the North American Union. The administration has no intent to secure the border, or to enforce rigorously existing immigration laws. Securing our border with Mexico is evidently one of the jobs President Bush just won't do. If a fence is going to be built on our border with Mexico, evidently the Minuteman Project is going to have to build the fence themselves. Will President Bush protect America's sovereignty, or is this too a job the Minuteman Project will have to do for him?

I think Phyllis is very thorough in her research. She likes to be 100% accurate and deal in THE TRUTH.
Many organizations involved in the move toward the world government included details of their goals buried in various in-house publications that I had charge of in the Univ Special Collections Dept 1965-1969.
The info has been available a long time. But it's been mostly buried in very boring documents.
I estimate that they've achieved 85-95% of the goals I read about 41 years ago.
Regardless, nowadays, just reading the common headlines and somewhat in between the lines of the MSM, one can easily see from year to year if not month to month their steady progress toward the tyrannical global government.
I think lots of folks in high places have been signing our freedoms, rights, Constitution away into oblivion for decades.
They don't care about the Constitution except to obliterate it. They don't care about the law except to use it to oppress and control the masses, the serfs.
Clinton violated plenty of laws right and left, as we know.
The global government in our era is a done deal. It's only a matter of time. The Bible is clear about such issues in these "END TIMES."

ABSOLUTELY. They've been publishing their goals for most of the last 50 years. Usually in deadly boring stuff that only their sympathesizers are likely to read.
And, they've achieved the majority of their goals already. I estimate they have 5-15% left to end up with a blatantly tyrannical world government. It's already very difficult to buy in many situations around the world without a credit/debit card.

Though I have utter 100% confidence that Christ will offer more freedom than any of Creation has experienced theretofore. But with Armageddon between now and then . . . and the Biblically predicted decrease in population to be between 1/3 and 2/3rds . . . a lot of unfun along the way.

THE PLAN !IS! on/in many books and pamphlets and has been so for decades--though this particular subset may have only been detailed and elaborated on in the last decade or two.
As long as the United Nations or some ilk of a forum

we will be moving inexorably toward that Biblically predicted goal.

Have you also read several dozen to several 100 related and supporting documents over the last 41 years outlining the eventual goal of a rather dictatorial, tyrannical world government?
Methinks you haven't read near enough of THE FACTS.
Are you planning to accept or reject the SLAG chip implant?

The Bible is clear about the choices and their consequences and about there being no buying or selling without it.
Or are you so supportive that you'll camp on Shrillery's doorstep to be first in line?
Then check the membership of the Boards of Directors of international conglomerates; international aid organizations; international trade organizations; international political organizations; major universities and the Board of Directors of the National Geographic society. Notice how many are on several such boards.
There's an abundance of docs of CFR and related orgs and groups that outline from the old status quo of 50 years ago to the looming OVERT world government that's on the brink.
But one tends to have to dig amidst a lot of very boring stuff to ferret out the meaty pointed horrific true goals.
Cool. All I would suggest is looking at the source materials first hand.

I suspect you'd be shocked unless you are truly complicit in supporting their goals.
Have long wondered what percentage of our Armed Forces are infiltrated with globalists--that is what percentage of the personnel are globalists outright or strong sympathesizers. What's your guess?
I think you've made a mistake here. The CFR's members have many various and (inevitably)conflicting views, but the CFR itself doesn't hold any policy positions.

Have you read in-house documents of such groups over the last 40 years? Have you not seen the inexorable march toward global government included in them from the beginning; elaborated on with the passing years and achieved increasingly with the passing years?
The CFR has an agenda. And it's not more freedom for the USA nor for the world's citizens.
Actually, I've begun to believe the reports that the elite want to make all of NORTHAM a virtual natural park and remove all evidence of man except for isolated, selected retreats and power centers for the ruling elite and their support staff to reside in.
I think that's part of their plan to reduce the global population to 500,000,000. I also think New Zealand has been designated as a safe-haven--luxury retreat reserved area for the elites.

if "elected," Shrillery would take the opportunity afforded by the first major international crisis involving the USA to declare martial law and do everything she could get away with to declare NORTHAM a reality with essentially no borders etc. etc. etc. . . . like abolishing further elections pending formal establishment of the world government?
